David’s career in Building Management commenced five years ago after a career of over 30 years as a licenced Plumber.

He has gained invaluable knowledge not just in plumbing but across numerous trades within the building industry, which gives him the edge.

David’s rapid development and progression in Building Management has been exceptional. He prides himself on his high level of efficiency, which not only benefits his personal growth but also his residents and the Lefand team.

Outside of his role, David enjoys the occasional fishing trip and a few drinks with friends down the coast.
