Phil has always been one to do things differently, creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to fall in his lap… so when family circumstances led to him taking over from his father Lee in 2007, he used it as an opportunity to grow the family cleaning business into Australia’s fastest growing building and facilities management company.
As the Lefand Corporate Manager, Alex liaises with building managers, conducts regular site visits, manages relationships with owners and committees and is a gun at keeping buildings ticking smoothly.
Jasmin joined Lefand in 2017 as our Offsite Building Manager. She is responsible for everything from day-to-day operations and preventative maintenance, liaison between strata managers, residents and contractors, to assisting with disputes and ensuring the buildings she manages hum along as they should.
Michael Christofi takes a very proactive approach to his work at Lefand. Whether it is in how he approaches systems and processes or proactively offering maintenance recommendations for the buildings he is responsible for, continuous improvement is what drives him.
Karyn Chin joined the Lefand team on a six-week contract to help organise the Annual Building and Property Summit… she fitted in so well with the team that we didn’t let her leave!
Fernando’s background in Engineering Project Management has seen him work throughout seven countries in Latin America. His previous experience in the automobile industry, saw him responsible for projects from conception to commercial launch.
With a Marketing and Communications degree and more than 10 years’ experience working for several multinational companies and clients from different industries, Ronald joined the team in 2018 and is contributing all of his wonderful skills supporting our Building Management Division.
Deborah migrated to Australia from Ireland in 2013, spending over six years in Western Australia where she worked in mining construction and medical education. Her family moved to New South Wales in late 2019 and haven’t looked back.
Evan’s background is primarily in the hospitality industry where he first became a chef. He later progressed to be the Building Manager and General Manager of an apartment hotel, which led Evan into the realm of residential and commercial strata schemes. Understanding how the building plant and machinery operate, and the regulations on how and when services need to be maintained, is one of Evan’s greatest strengths but assisting owners and residents is what he enjoys most.
As the longest serving building manager with Lefand, Morgan has managed numerous buildings across Sydney and has been responsible for training several building managers. Initially a part-time building manager, Morgan quickly progressed to a full-time role, overseeing many of the larger sites.
Enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn Diego spent eight years serving in the army and within a short time, was promoted to Lieutenant where he worked in logistics and purchasing.
David’s career in Building Management commenced five years ago after a career of over 30 years as a licenced Plumber. He has gained invaluable knowledge not just in plumbing but across numerous trades within the building industry, which gives him the edge. David’s rapid development and progression in Building Management has been exceptional. He prides himself of
Henry joined Lefand with 15 years’ experience in Strata and Facility Management and is meticulous and methodical in his approach in building management.
Having been an owner, investor and renter he completely understands the requirements from all perspectives so recognises the significance of good communication and building relationships with residents and occupiers.
