Concierge
We liaise with strata managers and the Owners Corporation to provide a welcome, helpful reception service for building residents and their guests. No two buildings are the same and as such we take a tailored approach with our concierge services.
Our concierge teams manage and supervise common property, ensuring they are familiar with building site plans and by-laws.
We are proactive in noting issues or breaches and escalating them to the Strata Committee or Managing Agent.
Our concierge services include:
- Being the personal interface for all matters to do with the building
- Accepting deliveries, including packages, furniture and appliances
- Arranging access for cleaners and other trades and maintenance
- Providing access to keys for emergencies
- Assisting with bags, prams, parcels etc
- Coordinating removalists
- Monitoring security, car parks
- Offering services such as dry-cleaning, newspaper delivery, transport, local area information, event bookings, flower ordering etc
