As the Lefand Head of Landscaping and Gardening Services Division, Robert is very hands-on. When he isn’t working on client liaison or recruiting and training his ever-expanding team, he is on-site with his team working on everything from detailed pruning to plant regeneration programs, landscaping and full-service garden management.

While he was always a passionate gardener, this wasn’t the career path Robert initially set off on.

In fact, it was after 30 years working in the advertising and marketing industry that he made the move to greener pastures.

“A lot of my skill set has been transferred across to the work I do now… the gardening business is about coming up with solutions and ideas and communicating with clients effectively. My key strengths in creative and concept development have been a seamless integration into the landscaping and gardening business.”
