Penny Patsellis

Penny Patsellis knew from a very young age that she wanted to work in the property industry. She aspired to be a real estate agent for the glamorous lifestyle… but it didn’t take her long to realise that there was so much more to the industry than nice suits and fancy cars.

“I worked in property management for ten years… I was ready for a change but wanted to stay in the property industry. The opportunity came up to join Lefand and I jumped on it.”

Penny was the first building manager hired by Lefand… and within seven months she had moved into a leadership role in the business. Since returning from maternity leave, Penny has played a pivotal role in team support.

“My role is to relieve the pressure on the management team in the head office. I ensure our systems and procedures are up to date and that all of our buildings are uniform. I enjoy being able to teach a building manager something that they didn’t know before.”

Penny’s focus outside of work is on her young family and making the most of the quality time they have together.

“The kids grow up too quick but I want to be able to make memories and enjoy family time.”
