Evan Cannan

Evan’s background is primarily in the hospitality industry where he first became a chef. He later progressed to be the Building Manager and General Manager of an apartment hotel, which led Evan into the realm of residential and commercial strata schemes.

Understanding how the building plant and machinery operate, and the regulations on how and when services need to be maintained, is one of Evan’s greatest strengths but assisting owners and residents is what he enjoys most.

Evan is father to teenage twins and takes an active role with their development and weekend activities. He still loves to cook – just ask him about his homemade pasta’s and pavlova!
